The Borders is one of Scotland's treasures with lush hills and rugged coast lines.

These beautifully designed cottages newly refurbished are situated overlooking the North Sea and are part of of a small range of farm buildings surrounded by open countryside.
The living areas of the two sea facing cottages are upstairs to take full advantage of the fantastic sea views.

There is ample parking for all three cottages.
All cottages are fully equipped to include dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, ironing facilities, microwave, T.V, DVD player, CD player and hair drier.

Electricity is included in the price.
Towels can be provided at a charge. Cot and highchair on request.

Glenlea in Coldingham, The Borders, Scotland

The property is located in the popular and attractive Berwickshire village of Coldingham with the famous, secluded and sandy Coldingham Sands on the doorstep. The house is situated within walking distance of all local amenities, such as the village shops and pubs, with an open outlook to the front and a fine view of the Priory to the rear. There  are many picturesque local walks and for the more adventurous walks to St Abbs see related links below. The picturesque village of St. Abbs forms the dramatic coastline along from the much painted harbour two miles away. The area is popular for outdoor pursuits including scuba diving. Just 3 miles inland is the A1 trunk road, providing access to Edinburgh within the hour and Newcastle in just over an hour. Berwick- upon-Tweed lies just 10 miles away, offering further services and an East Coast Main Line railway station. In all, Coldingham offers a tranquil lifestyle whilst remaining in easy reach of major cities.

The accommodation comprises – lounge, dining/sitting room, dining kitchen, utility room, 4 bedrooms ,1 double , 2 twins and a single with space for a small fold up bed, family bathroom with shower over the bath and shower room with enclosed multi jet power shower. The house benefits from modern insulation,part  double glazing and oil central heating. To its side are two off-street private car parking spaces , and further round to the rear is an enclosed split level back garden, featuring a decking area and lawn.
