Booking Conditions

Thank you for booking with us. £100 deposit is payable to secure your booking.

Letting commences at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and end at 11.00am on the day of departure, unless other arrangements are made.
The balance is due 6 weeks before the date of the holiday. In the event of non-payment by the due date this will be treated as a cancellation and the property may be re let.
In the event of the booking not being accepted all fees would be refunded immediately.
Unless otherwise agreed the property is let as a holiday accommodation on a weekly basis. Normally from Saturday to Saturday.
No additional persons shall be permitted to reside at the property booked, over and above that specified on the booking form, without prior agreement.
If you have to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. The balance and deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-let the property.
In case of an emergency we reserve the right to access the property at any time during the letting period.
Occasional damage or breakages are unavoidable. If you damage or break anything, please let us know immediately and we will try to put things right.
The property should be left as you found it on arrival. Any excessive cleaning or damage will incur a surcharge.
The bookings are not interchangeable and properties should not be sublet.
All bed linen and electricity are included in the price except cot bedding.
The tenants agree that neither the owners nor any person in their employ will be liable for any loss, damage, sickness or injury, howsoever caused, which may be sustained by the tenants or any member of their party, or any person whom the tenants may have invited into the accommodation and grounds of the property during the holiday period.
By sending a deposit the tenant is agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
