Cove Harbour and bay is one of the loveliest unspoilt beauty spots in Berwickshire . Even on a wonderful sunny day there will be only a
handful of people who will wander down to the bay. Accessed through a cave tunnelled in the 1700s and with its natural arch
and rock formations it is fun to explore this small cove. Berwickshire has a dramatic and rugged coastline, but the natural arch at Cove bay
is unique in being so accessible. If you are interested in natural arches try the natural arch and bridge society site. The rockpools are teeming
with life, sea anemones, hermit crabs, shrimps and several types of seaweed in wonderful colours.
